Investment Opportunity
We would like to inform you of a great opportunity. Currently, People’s Church mortgage consists of both non-registered (cash) and registered (RRSP) funds. The non-registered bonds are managed internally by the church at no cost while the registered bonds require the involvement of a trust company and are charged administration fees accordingly. Recently our trust company was acquired by another institution and as a result, the administration fees are going up exorbitantly. Our Administration Board has decided to buy out the registered bonds no later than Oct. 1 of this year.
As a valued part of People’s Church, we would like to give you the opportunity to be a part of the purchase of the non-registered bonds. The amount being raised is 750,000 with an annual interest rate of 5%. There will be no administration fees on this new issue and they mature no later than January 31, 2029.
